Castaway Condominium Association

Castaway Cove Condominium Association was established on February 2, 1985. We are a 50 unit condominium community located in Palm Bay, Florida on the banks of the Indian River Lagoon. We are a diverse group of ages, ethnicities and interests.

All 50 units at Castaway Cove face the Indian River Lagoon. All Residents can watch the daily sunrise from their private balconies. In addition, the viewing of dolphins, manatees, fish, birds and natural landscapes are a daily occurrence.
Castaway Cove participates in the Living Shorelines program. Through this program, permanent oyster beds have been developed at our river bank and under our dock. We are all proud of this aspect of Castaway Cove life showing our support for conservation and for the preservation of the Indian River Lagoon.
There is an active Social Committee at Castaway Cove. This group plans regular events that accentuate a neighborly lifestyle. The Castaway Cove Volunteers is another group that brings Residents together for fun while caring and beautifying our grounds. Everyone belongs and everyone chooses their participation.
Amenities at Castaway Cove include a well-maintained pool which overlooks the River. Castaway Cove is in close proximity to County Parks, the Turkey Creek Sanctuary, nature observation paths, and recreational areas. Our location promotes walking, bicycling, kayaking, and boating while also being close to shopping and restaurants. Our covered dock provides a quiet, shaded place to sit, as well as, a convenient way to fish and enjoy the marine life up close.
Castaway Cove is a place where individual lifestyles are valued in a community of neighbors.
